Terms of Service

These terms set out the basis on which Gridline Posters supplies its prints. By placing an order you agree to them. They are written to be clear and factual, and they sit alongside your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Orders and acceptance

An order becomes a contract only once we confirm it. Until we send that confirmation we may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item cannot be produced, a listing contained an obvious error, or payment could not be verified. If we cancel a confirmed order for a reason on our side, any amount charged is refunded.

Made to order

Each print is produced individually after you order it. Because nothing is manufactured in advance, production begins soon after your order is confirmed and the design cannot be altered once that stage has started. Slight, unavoidable variation in colour and paper between production runs is a normal characteristic of printing and is not a defect.

Pricing and availability

Prices, formats and the range on offer may change over time, and listings may be added or withdrawn. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment your order is confirmed. Where a genuine pricing error is identified before production, we will contact you rather than proceed on incorrect terms.

Design ownership

All artwork, layouts and the graphic treatment of the circuits remain the property of Gridline Posters. Buying a print grants you a physical copy for personal display. It does not transfer any rights in the design, and the artwork may not be copied, resold as a file, or reproduced for commercial use without written permission.

Liability

We take care in producing and describing our prints, but to the extent permitted by law our responsibility is limited to the value of the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
