This policy explains what personal information Gridline Posters handles when you contact us or place an order, why we hold it, and the rights you have over it. We keep the data we collect to the minimum needed to fulfil an order and answer your messages.

Information we collect

When you order, we receive the details required to make and deliver your print: your name, delivery address, email address and the contents of the order. If you email us, we retain that correspondence so we can respond and keep a record of any issue you raise.

Payments

Card and payment details are handled entirely by a third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number. The processor collects only what it needs to authorise the transaction, and its own privacy terms govern that step.

Production and delivery

To manufacture and ship your order, the delivery details you provide are shared with our European print partner and the carrier handling the parcel. They use this information solely to produce and transport your order.

Cookies and analytics

Our site uses a small number of cookies to keep the site working and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors move through the pages. Analytics data is used to improve the site and is not used to identify you personally. You can restrict or clear cookies through your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep data

Order records are retained for the period required to meet accounting and tax obligations. General enquiries are kept only for as long as they remain useful, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You may ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or erase your personal information where we are not legally required to keep it. You can also object to certain uses of your data. We will respond to any such request within a reasonable time.
